Why ETX exists.
In 2023, the UAE introduced corporate tax. Suddenly every business had to deal with VAT, corporate tax, payroll, WPS, ESR, and e-invoicing — all at once.
We looked at what was available. International tools with Arabic bolted on as an afterthought. Legacy desktop software. Or expensive ERPs built for enterprises.
None of it was made here. None of it understood the difference between a mainland LLC and a free zone qualifying person. None of it filed a VAT 201 the way the FTA actually wants.
So we built ETX.
