Subscription & Billing3. الاشتراك والفوترة

All prices are exclusive of UAE VAT (5%). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. 4. Acceptable Use4. الاستخدام المقبول

You may use ETX only for lawful business purposes. You must not: share your account credentials, reverse engineer the software, use the Service to process unlawful transactions, or attempt to access other users data.يمكنك استخدام ETX لاغراض مشروعة فقط. يحظر مشاركة بيانات حسابك.

5. Tax Accuracy Disclaimer5. إخلاء المسؤولية عن دقة الضرائب

ETX provides tools to assist with UAE tax compliance. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, ETX does not constitute professional tax advice. You are responsible for verifying all tax calculations and submissions with a qualified UAE tax advisor.

6. Limitation of Liability6. حدود المسؤولية

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, ETX's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.بالقدر الأقصى المسموح به بموجب القانون الإماراتي، تقتصر مسؤولية ETX على رسوم الاشتراك المدفوعة في الـ12 شهراً السابقة للمطالبة. 7. Governing Law7. القانون الحاكم

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الإمارات العربية المتحدة. أي نزاعات تخضع للولاية القضائية الحصرية لمحاكم دبي.
