ETX is a product of KWS Fintech Services LLC-FZ, a company registered in Dubai, UAE.

This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect the personal information of people who use our website (etx.ae), our product (app.etx.ae), our mobile applications, and related services (the "Service").

We collect the minimum information we need to provide the Service.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored on servers we operate in the United Arab Emirates. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.

• Service providers we rely on (infrastructure, email, payment)
• The UAE Federal Tax Authority — when you submit a filing
• Your designated partner or accountant — only if you explicitly grant access
• Legal authorities — only when required by valid court order

How long we keep it

While your account is active, we keep your data indefinitely. If you cancel, we retain your data for 90 days, then delete it. Certain tax records we are legally required to keep under UAE law (typically 5 years) will be retained for the minimum period required.
