We collect information you provide directly (business name, contact details, financial data you enter), data generated by your use of ETX (usage logs, feature interactions), and technical data (device type, browser, IP address). Your data is used exclusively to provide the ETX service — to process your invoices, calculate VAT, generate reports and power IZZA AI responses. We use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the platform. All data is stored on servers located in the UAE. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access is restricted to authorised ETX personnel only. We retainنحتفظ your financial records for 7 years to meet UAE FTA requirements. You may request deletion of non-financial account data at any time by emailing support@etx.ae. ETX offers optional integration with third-party AI assistants (such as Anthropic Claude) through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). When you connect ETX to an AI assistant: (a) You explicitly authorize data access through OAuth authentication. (b) Only data you have permission to view in ETX is accessible to the AI assistant. (c) Data transmitted to the AI assistant is processed according to that provider's privacy policy and data retention terms. (d) You may disconnect the integration at any time, which immediately revokes the AI assistant's access to your ETX data. (e) ETX does not control how third-party AI providers process or retain data once transmitted. We recommend reviewing the AI provider's privacy policy before connecting.
