The rules for using ETX. Written to be clear, short, and fair.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and KWS Fintech Services LLC-FZ ("we", "us", "ETX"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
To use ETX, you need to create an account. You agree to:

You may use ETX for any lawful purpose. You agree NOT to:
Free forever for up to 10 employees and 50 invoices per month. No credit card required.
Pro and Accountant plans are billed monthly in AED. Prices exclude UAE VAT, which will be added at checkout.
You own your data. Always. Export anytime in PDF, Excel, or CSV. If you cancel, we retain your data for 90 days to allow reactivation.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for making sure your filings are correct and submitted on time.
ETX, including our software, brand, and design, belongs to us. We grant you a limited licence to use the Service during your subscription.
We aim for 99.9% uptime. We'll notify you of planned maintenance. Status updates at status.etx.ae.
ETX is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
ETX is a tool. It does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Always consult a licensed professional for specific advice.
To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You can cancel your account any time — no questions, no fees. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, you can export your data during the 90-day retention period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved by the applicable courts in the United Arab Emirates.
